- Manage project scrip and timeline. Coaching team members in Agile framework
- Co-ordinate different agile ceremonies and multiple cross functional teams
- Resolve conflicts and enable on time delivery with quality
- Excellent communication and team player
- Domain knowledge in banking and risk management is a plus
- Scrum master certification is a plus
