Capital Project Technical Writer

What are the responsibilities and job description for the Capital Project Technical Writer position at TekOne IT Services Pvt. Ltd.?

  • Collaborate with validation, quality, and project teams to author various technical documents.
  • Create and revise SOPs, qualification protocols, and procedures for the new building expansion.
  • Study product samples and consult with designers/developers to enhance ease of use for documentation.
  • Work with technical teams to simplify and standardize instructions and content across platforms and media.
  • Use tools like animations, graphs, illustrations, or photos to increase the clarity and usability of documents.
  • Collect feedback to update and refine technical documentation.
  • Manage document scanning into SharePoint, file management (Word/PDF), and document filing notifications.

Qualifications

  • Education: A technical degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of GxP experience.
    • Proficiency in SOP development and technical writing in a manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of packaging, warehouse storage, and operations within a pharmaceutical setting.
    • Experience with facility operations and new facility expansions is preferred.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Veeva Document Management experience is a plus.
    • Kneat Paperless Validation experience is a plus.

  • 2 manager references required.
