Job Description
- Perform X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Prepare patients for X-ray exams, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain and operate X-ray equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Review and assess images for quality, ensuring proper positioning and exposure.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including radiation safety protocols.
- Assist with scheduling and patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Current state licensure as an X-Ray Technician.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
- Previous experience in orthopedic imaging is a plus.
- Commitment to patient care and safety.
