Open to remote. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.
Day to day is supporting apps both clinical and business. Break/fix, maintenance, handling tickets
** no development in this role, this is just a support role
3 years previous IT experience required.
Extensive experience in lieu of education will be considered.
Previous experience in Paramount Workplace, preferred.
Previous experience in supporting an ERP application
Strong working knowledge and technical aptitude of current hardware, software, and peripheral applications.
Knowledge of relational databases, especially SQL, enterprise software systems, and process automation.
Understands multiple systems or technologies and their interaction with other systems and short- or long-term impact.
High degree of analytical skills, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Ability to make decisions, develop approaches to solve complex technical and business problems, bringing resolution through analysis and consideration of relevant facts.
