Entry Level Developer

Job Description: We are working with one of our Insurance clients seeking a couple Developers to join their team and learn their systems and ways of working. The successful candidate will start by leveraging their strong technical education and personal experiences to quickly understand how data flows from system to system. They will learn to code in Java, Python, SQL, and eventually work with Salesforce systems.
Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze data flow between systems.
• Resolve issues related to inconsistent data syncing or movement.
• Provide customer service to address unique end-user issues.
• Take tickets from ServiceNow and troubleshoot upstream and downstream product communication issues.
• Run queries, align and resolve errors, and improve overall system effectiveness.
• Learn and master Salesforce, the enterprise CRM tool, over time.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
