Job Description
Seeking a field‑driven OSP Construction Manager to support large-scale OSP underground fiber construction across the Las Vegas market. This individual will oversee day‑to‑day production for directional drilling and trenching crews, ensure jurisdictional requirements are met, manage onsite execution, and maintain safety and compliance standards.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for validating work against engineering plans, coordinating permits and pre‑construction steps, ensuring all required photos and documentation are captured daily, supporting crews with materials/equipment needs, and confirming that sites are closed out cleanly with the jurisdiction. The role includes oversight of both in‑house crews and subcontractors, often running several crews simultaneously.
Work will primarily involve new‑build residential communities as well as commercial OSP fiber installations. Projects are ongoing and multi‑year with customers. This position requires a “road‑ready” individual who can travel and support additional markets (West Texas, Colorado, California) as needed.
