- Compliance: drug test
- Must be reliable and have reliable transportation, as well as basic computer skills
- Must have previous experience in document processing, paperwork filing, or a similar role is a plus
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document File Clerk to join their team in Palm Harbor, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing important financial documents in a fast-paced environment.
- Open files and prepare documents for scanning by removing staples and organizing them in chronological order, scanning documents with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Process documents quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines, shredding confidential documents securely, as well as opening and sorting incoming mail.
