*Remote Customer Relations Rep Job Description:*
* Provides customer service by responding to a wide variety of customer and member hotel inquiries and requests.
* Resolves guest and member issues to satisfaction.
* Will handle some calls involving angry or upset customers
* Requires knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies and procedures.
* Assists in retaining customers for the brand in order to provide future revenue for the members.
*Remote Customer Relations Rep **Location:*
* FULLY REMOTE (must live in Phoenix area)
*Remote Customer Relations Rep **Pay:*
* $20/hour
* Bonus potential $200-$400 a month
* $50 a month towards Wi-Fi Bill
* All equipment provided
*Remote Customer Relations Rep **Hours:*
Must have open Schedule availability
7am-8pm Monday-Friday
7am-5pm Saturday-Sunday
*Remote Customer Relations Rep **Experience:*
* Call Center
* Customer service
* Inbound calls
* Data Entry
* Dealing with upset customers
*2 days off consecutive during the week (5 On 2 Off)*

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
