*Data Entry/Mailroom Clerk*
*Location: *Brooklyn, NY
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM OT
*Duration:* Ongoing contract (You will be contracted through TEKsystems)
*Start Date: *ASAP- NEXT WEEK
*Job Description:*
* Handles inbound processing and assists with the production of outbound mailing services.
* Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
* Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
* Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of info before it is entered.
* Secures information by completing database backups.
* Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
*Skills/Requirements*
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
