Job Description
Title/Salvage Law Specialist
Stay current with title/salvage laws in multiple states and provide exceptional customer service to those picking up vehicles and titles.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Resolving problems encountered during title ownership transfer
- Performing word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties
- Processing incoming mail and organizing files and documents alphabetically
Requirements
We are seeking an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
- Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center experience
- Any Office experience is a huge plus
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
