Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: East Syracuse, NY 13057
Job Overview:
Handle high volumes of incoming calls, generate leads, assess customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain customer trust through effective communication and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and provide product information, warranty details, and dealer referrals
- Connect customers with local dealers for sales or service needs
- Handle customer complaints and escalate as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update accounts
- Triage technical issues for remote access or Wi-Fi-enabled products
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 35-45 words per minute
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
