Pay Rate: $25-28/Hourly/W2

Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize polymer particles using established chemistries
- Participate in process optimization, development, and scale-ups for routine production
- Perform analytical characterization of polymeric particles using specialty equipment and instrumentation (including ion-chromatography, particle sizing, and surface area instruments)
- Analyze data, derive conclusions, document findings, write SOPs, and prepare reports
- Present written and oral reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary groups in R&D and manufacturing divisions
- Producing many of the resins that are key to the success of the Ion Chromatography portfolio
- Follow all EH&S safety requirements, participate in safety improvement activities, and carry out ISO9001 guidelines and corporate quality policy
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in the Chemistry laboratory & wet chemistry
- Ability to summarize and present experimental results and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must obtain a bachelor's degree in a science-related field
- Able to lift weights up to 40 lbs and meet all physical demands of working in a chemical laboratory
