Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business leads
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage leads and opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or business development
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients over the phone
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for lead management
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
