Your local news, information, and entertainment source, employee-owned TH Media is seeking a customer oriented, quick-thinking, digital-savvy individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be unfazed by this high-volume role responsible for:
· Serving customers in person, online, and through mobile devices
· Proactively working to increase the number of print and digital subscribers to all TH Media products. This may include, but not limited to, outbound sales calls by telephone and email.
· Maintaining a ‘customer comes first’ environment with pro-active commitment to internal and external customers.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. A High School Diploma and two years’ experience with customer satisfaction is required. Experience with outbound calling a plus!
