This role is essential to our daily operations, where you'll work alongside a committed HR team to maintain compliance, manage key HR functions, and drive a positive, engaging work environment.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist handles essential HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, onboarding & offboarding, employee relations, and policy enforcement. In this role, you’ll provide guidance and resources that help build a resilient and inclusive company culture. Attention to detail is crucial here—you’ll be managing sensitive information, handling compliance documents, and supporting vital HR operations where accuracy matters.
- Compliance & Documentation: Oversee training compliance and track employee development.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with departments to recruit and onboard top talent, contributing to an exceptional employee experience.
- Employee Support: Respond to employment inquiries, assist in disciplinary actions, and manage documentation.
- Engagement & Retention: Develop initiatives for employee recognition and wellness to boost morale.
- HR Best Practices: Stay current on HR trends and legal changes to keep policies effective and compliant.
- Diversity, Inclusion, and Well-being: Champion inclusive workplace initiatives and wellness programs.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide metrics and insights to support organizational decision-making.
- Attention to Detail: Your ability to catch small details ensures accuracy in every task—from compliance to employee records.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Experience: 3 years as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a background in a start-up environment a plus!
- Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a bonus but not required.
