What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payables Analyst position at TELNET WORLDWIDE INC?
Position Summary:
The Payables Analyst position oversees all payables issues, disputes, and purchasing. Post and pay all invoices, investigate dispute opportunities, revenue assurance. Monthly circuit audits, other projects as needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage all company related bills
Assist with network audits and monthly analysis review, audit, coding, payment, and filing of network bills.
Match costs with customer revenue data to ensure margin thresholds
Processing and track checks
Approve and process employee expenses from beginning to end. Verify adherence to policy.
Review all vendor disputes, calculate and submit, track, re-dispute or apply credits as necessary
Approve and process all company related purchase orders from beginning to end
Create and manage all PO reports
Monitor and control the purchase request process/system
Creating purchase orders and work with vendors
Qualify and evaluate vendors and maintain statuses
Administer company-owned employee cell phones
Manage all employee cellular phones
Scan, index, and secure contracts and invoices
Maintain, audit, and process all company credit cards, request receipts from individuals as needed
Process commissions in a timely manner
Assist in regulatory and state filing as needed
Process 1099s and send to IRS and recipient
Other administrative/back-up for the front desk. Some duties may include UPS, postal service, office supply ordering, etc.
