Qualifications:
Candidates must also have the following experience and knowledge:
- A Top Secret Security Clearance is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field is preferred - 4 additional years of experience can be substituted for a degree.
- Overall 1 year of work experience supporting Information Technologies
- Enterprise application administration experience including issue capture, troubleshoot, remediation, and recommendation.
- Basic knowledge and experience in construction and dissemination of application usage, health, and other customer required metrics
- Basic knowledge and experience with providing essential help desk services. A demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with technical engineers, and end users alike is required
- Familiarity with system security support IAW ICD 503 / Risk management Framework (RMF) is desired
- A demonstrable ability to independently, and proactively identify solutions to problem sets is required
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required
- A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service skills are required
- DoD 8570/8410 compliance is preferred
