Temco Logistics is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) to join our Suitland, MD TEAM!!!

ABOUT US:

Our CSRs play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the support and assistance they need. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries or resolve complex issues.
- Call Center intake of 100 calls.
- Respond to customer and field techs inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist with processing orders, returns, or delivery rescheduling. Escalate as needed.
- Provide and update records information/orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Verbal and written communication skills)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Must be efficient in handling difficult situations professionally.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be Bilingual.
- Must be able to pass a 7 year background check
