Administrative Assistant
St. Petersburg, FL
Temporary Assignment

TempExperts is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a government company in St. Petersburg, FL for a 3 month temporary assignment

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office for reports, tracking, and other tasks.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, handling some email correspondences, etc.
  • Screening and routing inbound phone calls.
  • Assist executive staff including calendar, correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports.
  • Maintain office supplies, keep inventory, and place requisition orders.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication in person, on the phone, and through e-mail correspondence.
  • Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent typing and customer service skills.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and timely, great attendance.
