Position Overview:

You’ll wear multiple hats—host, cashier, runner, cleaner—owning every moment of the guest journey. If spotless spaces, tech-driven service, and genuine hospitality fire you up, you’ll thrive here.

The Role (cross-trained)

· Concierge |Host: welcome guests, explain how ordering works, tech-guide guests on QR-ordering & kiosks, answer menu questions, upsell, start tabs for the tap wall, table touches, closed loop guest service, and turn first timers into 5-star regulars

· Porter |Expo: run food & drinks, reset tables, stock bars & support bartenders, keep the hall spotless—dishes, trash, restrooms—so the vibe stays 100%.

Cross-Training & Culture

At Tempe Eats, flexibility is part of the job. You’ll be cross-trained and be assigned different roles when needed. It is possible that the right person can work their way up to Bartender.

Location:

Tempe Eats Food Hall & Bar, 85 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282.

(Southern & Mill Avenue, in front of LA Fitness and just 2 miles from ASU)

Pay:

· $17.50/hour with guaranteed tips

Your paystub will show a base wage (typically $11.70/hr) plus tips that together equal or exceed $17.50/hr. Cash tips are on top of your guaranteed rate. Plus, even more tip potential during late-night or special event shifts

Experience:

• fast casual or counter service restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
• Bartender Title IV License (Preferred)
