IT Technical Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Analyst at our Duffield, VA facility with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to configure, optimize, and support D365 F&O—specifically focusing on Production Control, Product Information Management (PIM), Sales & Marketing, and Procurement & Sourcing.

The ideal candidate will combine functional understanding of D365 F&O with hands‑on problem solving, system configuration, and business process analysis. This position also provides first and second-tier desktop support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary internal expert for D365 F&O within the business.

Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and other operational teams to understand business processes and translate them into functional D365 solutions.

Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules, primarily:

• Production Control
• Warehouse Management
• Product Information Management (PIM)
• Sales & Marketing
• Procurement & Sourcing

Support system design sessions, configuration changes, testing cycles, and user training.

Develop functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.

Troubleshoot D365 issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate with other TSI teams when required.

Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement using D365 tools and best practices.

Participate in upgrade testing, patch review, and validation during release cycles.

On‑site presence to support production and onsite users.

Occasional afterhours or weekend work to support business needs

Willing to travel ~10% to support the business needs

Salary Range: $62K-$88K

Requirements

• 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or an ERP platform.
• Functional knowledge of Production Control, Warehouse Management, PIM, Sales & Marketing, and Procurement & Sourcing modules.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 configurations.
• 2 years of experience in IT support or desktop support in a Windows/Office 365 environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Must have the ability to work independently, taking initiative and working well with little supervision.
• The ability to work with multiple, simultaneous projects and deadlines, follow-through, assume responsibility and use good judgment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to take ownership of multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize work, document project plan details, and set and meet timelines.
