Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide best-in-class hospitality experiences.
- Action guest reservations and accounts via a centralized system.
- Ensure accuracy of cash and credit card transactions, and front office operation processes.
- Proactively solve problems and make decisions as empowered by leaders.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve for guest requests.
- Project friendly and professional composure with a smile in challenging situations.
- Recognize and respond to unspoken concerns in an appropriate manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1 year hospitality and 2 years previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.
- Must be able to multitask and function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors.
- Ability to recognize and solve problems.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to walk, bend, twist, crouch, push, pull and climb stairs throughout shift.
- Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
