DIRECT CARE PROVIDERS NEEDED: IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!! CURRENTLY IN NEED OF RELIABLE STAFF.
We are looking for caring, patient, energetic and compassionate caregivers, who are interested in enriching lives by empowering our adult clients with developmental disabilities. We need direct care providers giving non-medical in home care services in Surprise.
LITTLE EXPERIENCE, NO EXPERIENCE , NO PROBLEM!!
Part time, full time schedules available.
Immediate positions available as Caregivers to provide direct care.
Skills/ Requirements:
Must be 18yrs of age or older
Must have reliable transportation with valid Arizona Driver License to and from work
Must pass Criminal Background Check and be able to obtain Class 1 fingerprint clearance card
Have or willing to obtain:
CPR, First Aid certification
Article 9 Certification
Prevention and Support certification
For individuals who don't carry the requisite trainings/certifications Tender Hearts LLC will assist them in obtaining them.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be able to walk, bend, squat, turn in the knees, back, wrists and shoulders, and grasp with both hands (in order to properly perform the techniques taught in CPR/First Aid, Client Intervention Techniques, and Lifting and Carrying Techniques);
must be able to see and hear with or without correction;
be able to speak, read, and write English;
be able to complete the Tender Hearts training programs and successfully pass associated tests to meet competency requirements; and
for some positions.
