Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their needs.
- Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes.
- Maintain customer records and update them as needed.
- Provide customer service in a professional manner.
- Keep up to date on new products, services, and technologies.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings.
- Communicate with technicians regarding customer concerns.
