- 40% - Plan, organize and direct the work of bid/contract management; develop and execute CM/GC Master Contracts and review and approve GMP’s. - (Essential)

- 20% - Ensures the TBR projects are completed in an orderly manner and within the budget; reviews data on requests from contractor for payment and approves same where proper; reviews, approves or denies change orders as requested by the contractors, designers and facilities users. - (Essential)

- Qualifying professional experience in facilities construction management may substitute for the required education.
- Computer experience including word processing and spreadsheet
- Five years related experience
- Knowledge of Critical Path Method Scheduling.
- Experience with Word, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and any other critical path method scheduling software,
- Knowledge of critical path concepts for construction scheduling and working knowledge of A201 General Conditions.
