Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to diverse tastes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
• Coordinate banquet services and catering events, working closely with clients to meet their needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Create an engaging atmosphere for guests while maintaining a professional kitchen environment.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with knowledge of fine dining practices preferred.
• Strong skills in food preparation, menu development, and food management.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff and managing kitchen operations effectively.
• Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
