Position Overview
Reporting to our Commercial division, coordinates and executes strategic marketing activities for key verticals and various product lines from start to finish. Leads development of the quarterly marketing calendar in partnership with vertical, product, and pricing leads. Develops and manages sales support tools and resources, acting as the main liaison between field sales and marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers Commercial brand strategy and positioning for target verticals and dedicated product lines
- Partners with agencies and all marketing team members to develop annual marketing plans
- Collaborates with functional area peers and training groups to develop and execute marketing and product training for field sales as needed
- Manages collateral library, including the development of new and updating of existing assets
- Manages TMXCommHub marketing portal for the field sales team
- Lead stakeholder meetings and be the main brand representative to ensure all assets are consistent and on-brand
- Oversees general marketing of multiple acquisition brands
- Provides support of content development and strategy for Commercial
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing plus 5 years of experience in corporate brand or advertising account management required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Knowledge of digital performance marketing and how digital channels work together
- Understanding of B2B sales and marketing, experience in ABM a plus
- Understanding of customer segments and target audiences and their decision-making process
- Understanding of industry and competitive trends preferred
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – especially PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

- Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
Incumbent will be subject to:
- Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
