Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our students.
- Provide instruction and guidance to students, including those with special needs, in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote early intervention and support the development of our students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about their child's progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in early childhood education or childcare.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation.
- Familiarity with Montessori and Toddler care methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and childhood development theories.
- Physical education skills and experience teaching physical education to young children.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
