Job Summary and Qualifications
The Maintenance Technician assesses and improves services offered by the Facilities department as well as completes and continues preventative maintenance program efforts
- You will also be responsible for Security Service.
- You will conduct corrective maintenance on building equipment and grounds.
- Boiler water level check is visually performed each shift; Blowdowns are performed as instructed by supervisor.
- Your jobs are completed according to priority established so as to prevent and unnecessary delays to overall hospital. All routine work orders must be completed on the day received, unless, otherwise approved by the supervisor.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and responds to emergency code situations, including crisis intervention, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Four years’ experience in industrial maintenance is required
