- Bachelor of Science (BS) in engineering
- Experience assisting in defining and executing systems engineering activities within a project
- Experience with system specification documentation (SSD) and planning
- Familiarity with information security planning
- Geospatial design and management
- Familiarity with performance management
- Experience with capacity planning
- Experience testing, validation, risk assessment, and benchmarking
- Experience with information engineering, and development
- Ability to closely coordinate with programmers
- Minimum of 5 years software engineering or programming or equivalent
- Ability to pass a Tier 1 (Formerly NACI or level 1) U.S. government background Investigation
- Possesses technical writing skills
- Able to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and network topologies
- Experience working in agile development environment
- Familiar with Smartsheet, Lucid Charts, Google Workplace, and Microsoft 365 Office
- Able to travel within U.S
- Understands fundamental mechanical, electrical, computing, and networking concepts
