Your Role as Sous Chef :
As a full-time Sous Chef, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Chef in all aspects of food production and menu execution for winery events. You'll lead the operations of our on-site kitchen and off-site kitchen teams, ensuring top-notch service and culinary delights.
