Position Outline
Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of PC Technician based in our Port Lavaca, Texas office.
The PC Technician will be assigned onsite at client location in Point Comfort, Texas.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Installation, maintenance, and repair of all PC hardware & peripherals
· Installation, maintenance, and repair of all Printer hardware & peripherals.
· Installation, maintenance, and repair of analog, digital, and VoIP systems.
· Installation and maintenance of structured cabling.
· Installation, maintenance, and repair of AV equipment.
· Installation and maintenance of AV cabling.
· Software installation and maintenance.
· Operate within departmental standards and protocols.
· Employ professional interdepartmental communication.
· Accommodate clients within departmental parameters.
· Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
· Convey a courteous disposition and upstanding customer service.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· High School graduate or equivalent.
· One to twenty four months experience as a PC technician or related field OR
· One to twenty four months experience, demonstrated aptitude, skills, and duties while working in ISC Department
· Troubleshooting or problem solving skills
· Proper use of hand tools
· Candidate must be organized and effective in time management.
· Effective customer service and interpersonal skills
· Ability to carry and maneuver tools, material, equipment and/or ladder
· Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
· High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
