As a Commercial Analyst at Tetra Tech, you will provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
This role will work closely with the FP&A team, the local region management team, and broader operational teams, making a difference to the business by monitoring and managing the financial performance of the region.
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing financial and commercial support by partnering with key stakeholders
- Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly forecasting, analysis, reporting and commentary
- Tracking of KPI’s and producing management reports to identify risks and opportunities
- Coordination of the annual budgeting process including regional presentation packs
- Providing commercial support for business cases, tenders, and projects
- Supporting project managers and administrators with training, understanding ‘the numbers’ and driving best practices

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
- 1 to 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to coherently explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyse complex data from multiple sources
- High attention to detail with well-established numeracy and financial modelling skills
- A practical understanding of project management techniques
- Technological savviness, with the ability to navigate new digital software
