The initial framework agreement will span five years, with a possible extension of an additional five years based on performance. Position Summary
The Quantitative Data Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing high-quality quantitative analyses for TPM assignments. The role involves processing and cleaning datasets, applying statistical methods, and working collaboratively to translate findings into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead data processing, cleaning, and validation of field datasets.
- Conduct statistical analysis using appropriate techniques and software.
- Work with survey and data collection teams to refine tools and indicators.
- Manage and maintain secure data systems and version-controlled datasets.
- Produce tables, graphs, and data visualizations for reporting purposes.
- Support capacity building in data management and analysis for field teams.
- Document analysis methods and metadata in compliance with WBG data standards.
- Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, or related field; or bachelor’s with 7 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing and analyzing quantitative data.
- Advanced skills in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, STATA).
- Experience developing dashboards or integrating data into digital platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English; other language skills desirable.
