Your Role: Tetra Tech, an industry leader and nationally recognized engineering and consulting firm, is seeking candidates to fill a full-time Senior Multi-Media Environmental Compliance Site Lead position supporting NASA AFRC, CA. This position is onsite at AFRC and will require daily interaction and communication with NASA personnel. ·Serve as the Site Lead for a multi-media environmental compliance contract that covers hazardous waste, air quality, water quality, storage tank, cultural resources, natural resources, and National Environmental Compliance Act (NEPA) compliance. ·Coordinate all activities required by the contract; schedule and lead client meetings; and produce contract status reports. ·Support Tetra Tech’s Project Manager with financial tracking. ·Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns. ·Additional duties as required. The salary range for this position is $95-110K. Please note that Tetra Tech considers various factors in determining pay, including but not limited to: education, relevant and demonstrated work experience in the role, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other competencies relevant to the needs of the business. Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering, science, or related field is required • 5 years of experience as a direct supervisor of personnel • 10+ years of environmental compliance experience is required • 10+ years of project management experience is required • 5+ years of experience working with NASA is preferred • Knowledge of California environmental regulations is required • Knowledge of NASA environmental guidelines, systems, and processes is preferred • Current HAZWOPER training is required for this position. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to client sites. • Must be detail oriented to properly document all environmental compliance activities occurring across the contract.
