• Define a common vision, strategy, and approach to data management, data analytics, and AI/ML.
• Align all related teams and initiatives across the organization with the vision and strategy.
• Determine investments necessary in terms of people and technology to achieve objectives.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap to create data analytics and AI/ML solutions.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.Sc.) in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, bioinformatics, or a related field.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and commitment to driving positive change in healthcare through AI and data.
