About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this dual role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities while also assisting with basic Human Resources (HR) functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and skilled in multitasking, with a strong interest in both administrative and HR processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Duties :

  • Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations and preparing itineraries.
  • Handle office correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Prepare and edit reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist in office supply management, including ordering and inventory.

HR Support Duties :

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparation of orientation materials and coordination of first-day activities.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, training sessions, or wellness programs.
  • Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Coordinate exit processes for departing employees, including retrieval of company property.
  • Provide general support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS) is a bonus.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Education

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Exposure to HR functions a plus.
