Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on pulmonary health promotion.

Duties:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with respiratory and sleep disorders.
• Conduct patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as pulmonary function tests, sleep studies and imaging studies.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical projects.

• Ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times.
