RESIDENCE CENTER MANAGERS: Texas College invites candidates for the position of Residence Center Manager for both its boys’ and girls’ dorms. The successful candidates must maintain an atmosphere in the residence halls that is conducive to living and learning. Responsible for the daily administration of the residence hall facilities. Maintain personal contact with residents through daily social interaction; serve as a role model, resource person and support agent for students; encourage the active participation of residents in hall governance; facilitate the development of hall programs and activities; maintain a secure and satisfying physical environment; communicate, clarify and enforce college, departmental and hall policies; encourage students to assume responsibility for decisions affecting their lives; participate in the management of student behavior problems in the halls by responding to incidents, meetings with student and pursuing appropriate administrative and judicial action. Positions are available immediately for full-time and part-time weekend staff. Shift assignments are available.
