Pump Truck Technician Supervisor

As a Pump Truck Supervisor for Texas Country Rental & Services LLC you’ll complete daily service routes in sequence as routed by dispatch personnel. Servicing, cleaning, and stocking portable toilets, combo trailers, holding tanks, freshwater systems, & hand wash stations as needed. You are responsible for completing daily routes while maintaining professional customer contact and open lines of communication with the dispatcher.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Directly supervises drivers, driver trainers, driver trainees and helpers in the Route Department.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and discipling employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of truck driving experience preferred (CDL license not required),
• A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Diligent attention to safety.
• Industry experience is a must
• Must be able to connect, disconnect, and drive with a trailer
• Must be able to change a tire
• Must be on time and show up to work daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 hours per week

Shift:

• Morning shift

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• On Call as needed

We will provide you with a pump truck daily but you will not take this vehicle home. It stays at our yard.

Work Location: West Odessa / On the Road.
