**JOB SUMMARY**

Performs routine (journey-level) consultative, technical, and administrative support work related to procurement, budgeting, and program operations. Work involves reviewing and processing purchase requisitions, ensuring compliance with procurement, budgetary, contract terms, and internal procedures, and providing consultative services and technical assistance to division staff to ensure alignment with program, legal, and fiscal requirements. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Essential Duties

Reviews and processes purchase requisitions.

Ensures compliance with all procurement, budget, contract terms, and internal procedures.

Provides support to division requestors to ensure consistency with program, legal, and fiscal requirements.

Compiles and edits data in charts, graphs, and databases, and prepares summaries or reports.

Develops, coordinates, and maintains record keeping and filing system.

Prepares reports for division management and the Commission.

Prepares FMO's Commission meeting documents.

Assists developing and evaluating policies and procedures.

Assists in researching billing, invoicing, and purchase order issues.

Assists in evaluating expenditure data and projections to ensure appropriate use of funds.

Assists in conducting needs assessments to determine requirements for the purchase of goods or services.

Assists in the billing process and eligibility monitoring functions for contract billings.

May assist with developing solicitations, contracts, and amendments.

May assist in facilitating procurement-related meetings such as kick-off and pre-proposal meetings, post award conferences, team briefings, and evaluation scorings.

May monitor legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to contracting.

May assist in coordinating and/or preparing, editing, and distributing Commission Contract Reports, correspondence, forms, and other Legal Division documents.

Performs related work as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from a standard senior high school or completion of GED.
