What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at Texas Health Care PLCC?
DUTIES:
A private healthcare company is seeking to fill a Medical Assistant opening in our women's health offices located in Willow Park. This position will require applicants to schedule surgeries, clean and stock rooms, answer patient calls, handle referrals, injections, and phlebotomy, assisting with procedures and electronic documentation. NextGen experience is a plus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have a medical assistant diploma, certification, or graduate transcript and experience in a medical office; OB preferred. Bi-Lingual applicants in English/Spanish are preferred. Previous NextGen experience is a plus.
Applicants must have a valid TX DL and be flexible with their schedule and be welcoming of learning new things.
