Community Health Worker
- Work location: Primarily in the Dallas area, however, travel to other counties may be required. Initial training will be in Fort Worth & Arlington
- Work Hours: Primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however, must be flexible to work evenings & weekends as needed
- Work environment: This is a grant funded position and subject to the award and continuation of the contract
