The Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders is looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our growing team!
Are you interested in joining a dynamic and growing clinic with the potential for increased job growth? A successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, complete job tasks efficiently, and work effectively as a team member in order to help our Neurologists provide excellent patient care in the front office setting. This position will be based in our Sherman office.
Requirements:
At least 1 years of customer service experience
ecw (clinical works) experience preferred
Healthcare experience is a MUST
Proficient typing skills and computer knowledge
Ability to learn computer-based medical systems and protocols quickly
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments, collecting payments, scanning paperwork
Answer inbound telephone calls to provide assistance to patients for multiple providers.
Communicates effectively with patients, providers, and coworkers.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
