Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ER daily operations, staffing, and patient care quality
• Lead clinical teams to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance
• Manage hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams
• Address patient, visitor, and physician concerns professionally

Qualifications:

• Active RN License (Tennessee or Compact State)
• BSN Required | MSN Preferred
• BLS Certification (Required within 30 days of hire)
• Minimum 2 Years of ER Nursing Experience
• 1–3 Years of Clinical Leadership Experience (Required)
