  • Schedule : Full-Time | Days & Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
  • Pay : $26.40–$39.60 / hour (Based on Experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus : $15,000

    • Your Responsibilities :

  • Triage, assess, and stabilize patients of all ages in emergency situations
  • Perform life-saving interventions , including advanced airway management
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency procedures
  • Operate cutting-edge emergency medical equipment
  • Coordinate with physicians, paramedics, and healthcare teams for best patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
  • Educate patients and families on follow-up care and discharge instructions

    • Qualifications & Requirements :

    Education : RN Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing ( BSN Preferred )

    Experience :

  • 1 year of recent acute care ER experience ( Required )

    • Licenses & Certifications :

  • Active RN License in Florida (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • BLS Certification (AHA Required, prior to start date)
  • ACLS & PALS (Required within 90 days of hire)
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Required within 90 days of hire)
