YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR PLUMBING SALES TRAINER
You typically work 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
In this position, your primary focus is on training our sales team members and equipping them with the skills they need to excel in their roles. Conducting group and one-on-one training sessions, you educate staff on the best industry practices and provide strategies for finding and closing sales deals. You effectively implement new systems, report employee progress, and play a critical role in our continued success!
