We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can oversee production in our dining location on campus at Texas State. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that every batch of our products meet the highest quality standards in the industry. This individual will be a strong leader and communicator who can create a fun and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate any food safety hazards and take actions to correct them.
- Ensure that workplace is safe and comfortable.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Manage staff in the absence of the manager or owner.
- Ensure that all products are prepared according to specifications and recipes.
- Manage shifts when the manager or owner is not present.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the manager or owner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
