vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in running assigned zone for all materials and area assigned.
- Conduct morning start up meetings to emphasize safety, set goals, and communicate weekly work plans
- Train and provide guidance to hourly employees within a zone of operation.
- Manage fulfillment needs of daily production schedules and any schedule revisions for materials within
- Participate in monthly safety audits and implement solutions based on identified gaps.
- Track and input of metrics for assigned zone.
- Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving issues.
- Assist in identifying areas of improvement and support proper implementation.
- Ensure all company supplied tools and equipment used are properly stored at the end of each shift by
- Execute and maintain acceptable performance standards for fulfillment, quality, safety, and housekeeping
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required, experience in warehouse environment
- Software knowledge: MRP, SAP, WMS, YMS, and Microsoft experience preferred
