Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple clients and competing priorities while executing strategies designed to position Textron as an
- Facilitate end-to-end selection process to include overseeing candidate interview processes, hiring leader consultation,
- Partner with other Talent Acquisition and Talent Field Specialists to assess and align qualified talent with appropriate
- Foster and cultivate relationships with key potential candidates and large-scale talent pools to deliver immediate
- Serve as project manager on identified projects and initiatives as needed.
- Meet standard measurements of success for staffing, such as annual hiring and pipeline conversion goals
